Safe Internet is an optional, free service that limits access to harmful content using profiles defined by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority.

BTK’s Safe Internet Service is offered to all our subscribers free of charge and on request.
Profiles
The subscriber chooses a profile; without a choice no filtering is applied.
- Child Profile: access only to sites on the safe list.
- Family Profile: sites with harmful content are blocked.
How to apply
To choose or change a profile, use the customer portal (oim.worldnet.com.tr), call our customer service at 0850 308 19 99 or write to [email protected]. Changes are free. Details: guvenlinet.org.tr
