01 Who We Are
WorldNet Telecommunications was founded in Istanbul in 2013 and received its Internet Service Provider licence from BTK the same year. We built, operate and keep expanding our own GPON fibre network, managed from our Esenyurt and Silivri branches.
We also serve addresses our network does not reach: WorldNet Fiber if your line is fibre, WorldNet HiperNet if it is copper — the speed is whatever your line supports, up to 100 Mbps.
With our sales, contact centre, field installation, fibre network, network operations, software and administrative teams, we are a local internet service provider that serves subscribers directly, without intermediaries.
02 What We Do
Fibre internet for homes. 1,000/1,000 Mbps symmetric on our own GPON network; at addresses our network does not reach, WorldNet Fiber or WorldNet HiperNet at whatever speed your line supports, up to 100 Mbps. Unlimited data, no fair-usage cap; modem included on our own network.

03 Our Infrastructure
In Esenyurt and Silivri we design, build and operate the fibre network ourselves. In the GPON architecture the line from our exchange equipment (OLT) to your home is fibre end to end; the distribution points in between are passive and need no electricity.
We monitor our network 24/7. Continuous tracking of our core equipment, our backbone links and the light levels on subscriber lines lets us detect faults early and dispatch our teams quickly.
Outside our own network, we serve addresses with fibre or VDSL infrastructure across Türkiye with the same package.

05 Our Service Promise
At addresses on our own infrastructure we install within 1-3 business days of your application. When there is a fault we respond within 24 hours and resolve it within 48 hours. Our technical support line is open 24/7.

Our trade name, MERSIS number, trade registry, tax and BTK licence details are published on our Information Society Services page, as required by Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102.
