How to Set Up a Zyxel Modem

To activate your WorldNet fibre internet service you need to set up your modem. The setup process for Zyxel modems is straightforward.
1. Check the Physical Connections
Before you start, make sure the Ethernet cable from the fibre termination unit (ONT) is plugged into the modem's WAN port.
2. Open the Modem Interface
Connect to the modem from your computer or phone, then type 192.168.1.1 into your browser to sign in.
- Username: admin
- Password: 1234 (or the password printed on the back of the modem)
3. Setup Wizard
In the broadband settings, enter the username (ending in @worldnet) and password we sent you, then save.
