01 What Is a Cookie?
Cookies are small text files saved to your browser when you visit a website. The browser’s local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage) work in a similar way. In this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies and similar technologies”.
02 Our Approach
We do not use any cookie to monitor your visit, follow you across websites or show you ads. The ones we use are strictly necessary for the website and customer portal to work securely. According to the Personal Data Protection Authority’s Guide on Cookie Practices, consent is not required for strictly necessary cookies; for this reason our website has no cookie consent pop-up.

03 Cookies We Use
The cookies used on our website are:

Customer portal session cookie (WorldNet, first party). Created when you sign in to the portal, sent only with portal requests and not readable by scripts in the browser (HttpOnly). Deleted when the session expires or you sign out.
__cf_bm, cf_clearance
Cookies of the Cloudflare security infrastructure that protects our website (strictly necessary, security). Set when needed to tell automated attacks and malicious bots apart from real visitors; short-lived and not used to build personal profiles.
04 Browser Storage
Some of your preferences are kept only in your browser and are not sent to our server:

Remembers whether you are in the Individual, Business or Wholesale section of the website (sessionStorage). Deleted when you close the tab.

Carries the address you selected in the availability check over to the application form, so you do not have to type it again (sessionStorage). Deleted when you close the tab.
05 Third-Party Services
The following services run on some parts of our website. None of them sets advertising or tracking cookies on our website:
Cloudflare Turnstile
Performs bot verification on the application, contact, complaint and job application forms. It receives technical signals from your browser for verification and is subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
OpenStreetMap
Map tiles on the coverage and infrastructure maps are loaded from tile.openstreetmap.org. The OpenStreetMap Foundation sees your IP address in this request; the map sets no cookies. Address searches go through our own server.
WhatsApp and Social Media
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn appear only as links; they are not embedded in our pages. When you click a link, the platform’s own cookie policy applies.
06 How to Manage Cookies
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to sign in to the customer portal or submit some forms.
