Your bill is published every month in the customer portal and the mobile app.
Viewing the Bill
Open the Bills section at oim.worldnet.com.tr. You can download the current bill and past bills as PDF.
Line Items
- Monthly service fee: the fixed price of your package.
- Installation / activation instalment: that month's share if you pay the installation fee in instalments.
- Additional services: extras you requested, such as a static IP.
- Taxes: statutory taxes are shown on a separate line.
If a Line Item Is Unclear
Call us on 0850 308 19 99 or open a request in the customer portal; bill disputes are recorded.
