How Do I Change My Wi-Fi Password?

Changing your wireless password regularly is one of the most effective steps for keeping your network secure.
1. Open the Modem Interface
Type 192.168.1.1 into your browser and sign in with your modem administrator details.
2. Open the Wireless Settings
Find the Wireless / WLAN heading in the menu.
3. Set the New Password
Choose WPA2 or WPA3 as the security type. Use at least 12 characters with upper- and lower-case letters, digits and symbols.
4. Save and Reconnect
After saving, all your devices will need to reconnect with the new password.
